The purpose of the Chiang Ching-kuo Presidential Library is to promote academic research in Chinese studies and Taiwan's development experience. The library also preserves documents, manuscripts, photographs, books, and archives related to the life of President Chiang Ching-kuo. In order to maintain the integrity of its collections, materials may only be used within the library.
Opening Date: November 1st 2022
The following individuals are eligible to apply for a Library Card:
1. Scholars (including professors, associate professors, assistant professors, and post-doctoral researchers) as well as Ph.D. and MA students doing research in the humanities or social sciences at Taiwanese or overseas universities, or researchers of equivalent rank at other academic institutions (including retired scholars).
2. Individuals with outstanding professional achievements in Taiwan or overseas.

After completing the form, the applicant should upload or send it to the library together with relevant supporting documents and a recent one-inch photo. After the library has approved the application, a library card will be issued.
