Introduction

The Chiang Ching-kuo Presidential Library is a member of the interlibrary loan system RapidILL and the Nationwide Document Delivery System (NDDS), allowing readers to access journal articles that are not available in the library.

1. Instructions for Use

(1) Search the library catalog to confirm that the item is not available.
(2) Click on “Collection Delivery”
(3) Enter your library card number and password
(4) Complete all of the required fields
(5) Wait for the email notification for instructions on how to collect the item
(6) If you are unable to obtain the item through RapidILL, the library can request the item through NDDS on your behalf.

2. Charges

(1) If you need us to print out a copy of journal articles obtained through RapidILL to send to you by mail, the charge is NT$2 per page plus postage.
(2) For items requested through the NDDS system, the charge is based on the fee schedule of each library.
